BC&G Topic of the day brought to you by Dictionary of Corporate BS

difficult people -

Class A jerks of the workplace, often found in the ranks of senior management, whose behavior commonly includes temper tantrums, bullying, yelling, lying, being unnecessarily combative or uncooperative, backstabbing, undermining, manipulating, or just being plain batshit crazy. Their prevalence has led many companies to offer workshops on “Dealing with Difficult People,” which aim to instruct employees on how to make day-to-day existence bearable through tactics that circumvent abusive personalities.
